SHIPPING POLICY

SHIPPING: All items ship FOB Pakor’s warehouses (California or Minnesota). All hazardous shipments are subject to an additional handling charge and cannot be shipped via air. Additional fees will be charged if there is a requirement for: hazardous chemical fees, lift gates, inside deliveries or delivery appointments or where deliveries are made to limited access or residential areas. All in stock items ship within 24 hours (Mon - Fri. excluding weekends and Holidays), unless we notify you otherwise.

SHIPPING LIMITATIONS ON CERTAIN PRODUCTS: Chemistry and Glue orders will not ship in air temperatures under 18 degrees Fahrenheit. Control Strips are cold and are shipped with a cold pack. We recommend you choose Overnight or 2Day shipping to maintain the temperature during shipping. If Control Strips are not shipped Overnight or 2Day, Pakor will not honor a product return.

RETURN POLICY

Pakor is dedicated to providing our customers with complete care and assistance. However, credit will NOT be issued if boxes are missing or the original manufacturer packing materials are not returned with the items.

RETURN PROCEDURES: Merchandise may be returned within 30 days of receipt of goods. Prior to returning an item, you must contact Pakor’s customer service department (800-572-3600) to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and specific instructions. All returns must be received freight prepaid, damage free, in its original packaging and in saleable condition.

RESTOCKING POLICY: Please note that all returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee with the exception of defective products.

NEW EQUIPMENT: Should you find it necessary to return a piece of equipment, you may return it for credit within 10 days of receipt. Equipment will be accepted for return only if unused, in the original undamaged and un-marked packaging with all inserts, instructions and warranties ensuring that it is suitable for resale, and is further subject to the return policy of the equipment manufacturer.

SENSITIZED GOODS: Silver halide photographic paper, chemistry, film, control strips, and inks are sensitive to environmental conditions. Pakor is unable to accept returns on sensitized goods. Pakor reserves the right to accept returns or exchanges of these items, if damaged, at their discretion.

DAMAGED GOODS: Upon receipt of your shipment, please inspect your packages carefully. All claims for damaged or missing items must be made within five (5) business days of receipt in order for a claim to be filed with the carrier. It is very important to mark any discrepancies on the carrier's delivery receipt and retain all original packaging until the claim has been approved. In the event that a package or shipment arrives damaged, please notify Pakor’s Customer Service immediately (800-572-3600).
